Product Introduction:Basalt glass fiber pipeline is a new type of pipeline made from pure natural volcanic rock (basalt) as raw material, which is melted at high temperature of 1450 ℃ -1500 ℃, centrifuged at high speed or blown by flame to produce continuous fibers, and then composite with resin matrix through winding molding process.
Specifications and Applications:
Specification parameters: The pipe diameter ranges from DN25 to DN4000mm, and the wall thickness can be adjusted between 3-50mm according to the pressure level and usage scenario. The working pressure can reach 0.6-2.5MPa, and the length is usually 6m or 12m, which can also be customized.
Application areas: Used in municipal engineering for water supply and drainage pipelines; Transporting corrosive liquids and gases in the chemical industry; As a cable protection sleeve in the field of electricity; Used in oil extraction to transport crude oil and wastewater containing corrosive components; In deep-sea engineering, it is used for laying submarine pipelines due to its high strength, low density, and excellent resistance to seawater corrosion.
